Q: Why is my house/room not cooling down?
A: This could have a few causes. First you should check the fuses and wires associated with your HVAC system. If that isn’t your issue then it could have dirty coils or be low on refrigerant. It should be cleaned and/or checked for leaking.
Q: My system isn’t turning on, what should I do?
A: Check to see if any power switches may have been accidentally flipped where your system is located. You can also check the breaker box. It is also a good idea to look at any wiring and the machines themselves for signs of damage, feel free to send us any photos. If you notice ice on any part of your system please turn it off and let it “thaw out,” so your technician is able to access it. For further assistance you can give us a call at 713-750-9769.
Q: My AC unit is making a strange/loud sound, what causes that?
A: This could be due to a fan in your unit being damaged, this problem should be addressed as soon as possible
Q: How do I know what refrigerant is in my system?
A: You can check the type of refrigerant by looking at the name plate usually located on the outside unit of your system. It will most likely say R-22 or R-410a which are the common refrigerants for cooling systems.
Maintenance
Q: When should I have my system serviced?
A: It’s best to get your system maintenance twice a year. First during late spring, before the intense Houston summer rolls in. The second time would be in the fall before winter, when you’re going to start using the heat. This will serve to clean your machines and catch any problems before they become costly repairs.
Q: How long do AC systems usually last?
A: The average life span is 10-15 years. This is dependent on the maintenance and quality of your system.
Q: When should I change out my air filters?
A: At least every 6 months. Changing your air filters eases the pressure on your system which in turn can increase the lifespan of your system. Another benefit of changing your air filters is the quality of the air that you are breathing in.

A: We service both commercial and residential properties. We are licensed and insured for any job for your ease of mind.

A: We service a variety of brands including, but not limited to Carrier, Goodman, Trane, Lennox. If you’re brand isn’t listed feel free to contact us to confirm yours.
Q: Do you provide any warranties?
A: We currently offer 5-10 year manufacturer’s warranty on equipment depending on the manufacturer. Warranty for our labor is 1 year.
Q: Can you work on my system that is covered under warranty?
A: Yes we can! For any warranty work we will need to verify with the model and serial numbers to get you started on your repair.
